Foot : Mey Gnassingbé élu président d’ASKO de Kara
Le député Mey Gnassingbé a été élu ce samedi, président d’ASKO de Kara, rapportent nos confrères en ligne Gakogoé. C’est à l’issue d’une assemblée générale élective tenue ce jour à Kara. Seul candidat en liste pour cette élection, souligne la même source, le frère du Chef de l’Etat a été porté sans contraintes à la tête de l’association sportive de la Kozah, actuel champion de la première division du Togo.
Devenant à ce titre, le 13è dirigeant de ce club de football, Mey Gnassingbé, également Maire d’Amou 2, remplace ainsi le Colonel Bakali Hemou Badibawu, porté à la tête d’un comité de normalisation, depuis 2018.
Le nouveau président des ‘Jaunes et Noirs’ de la Kozah compte redynamiser le football dans la région, à travers un projet révolutionnaire.
Créé en 1974 sous l’appellation LANDJA de Kara, le club deviendra plus tard ASKO.
